A Day in the Life of a Pest Control Service TechnicianFlexible Scheduling A Pest Control Service Technician has the option of (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts with (1) Saturday every four weeks.
Employees should be available between 7:

00 pm with some earlier starts and later finishes as needed.

Safety first - carry ladders, work on roofs, climb steep roofs, maneuver tight crawlspaces and attics, and lift 50+lbs Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards Pass a respirator fit test and may require DOT physical and pre-employment checks Forthright Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems Humble You know your stuff but are also not afraid to ask questions or ask for help if you need to Demonstrate respect towards your fellow teammates, customers, and members of the community Better than Yesterday Be obsessed with personal and professional growth Complete ongoing independent and group training Resourceful Work independently and as part of a team Be organized and prepared to conquer your day! What You Get as a Pest Control Service TechnicianCompensation $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience level 10% commission on services sold Benefits Simple IRA (3% match after one year of employment) $350.
